Those Transatlantics

All Over Michigan

  • Myspace
  • Facebook

Originating from what was once an indie music hotbed of sorts, Mount Pleasant, Michigan, Those Transatlantics make fun, danceable tunes in a state that isn't necessarily the happiest these days. Those Transatlantics live shows are never short on fun either. Last year on Midwest Fest, the set included balloons and a fog machine, for example.

The band had 3 EP's before releasing their debut full length, "Knocked Out" on Suburban Sprawl Records in 2007, and a video for "In Your Neighborhood" was a national finalist in a Scion Video competition.

They spent most of 2009 recording their follow up album "Civil Like the War", which is due out March 25 on Gangplank Records. They are doing a series of album release shows around Michigan that include hand numbered copies of the new album "Civil Like The War"!

Current shows are it for now.
Contact Corey Densmore for booking.
