Corey Densmore founded DITR Promotions in 2007, after hosting "Diamonds in the Rough" on WMHW-FM with his friend Allie Bergin. Instead of just having a radio show that played local music, he decided to branch out and start showcasing that local and unsigned music. The first show was in October of 2007 with We Shot the Moon and he has since organized over 120 shows, including Midwest Fest, an annual summer festival featuring bands from all over the upper midwest.
Densmore had always been the entreprenurial type, having started a youth golf league for he and his classmates in 7th grade at the golf course he worked at. He's never been in this for the money, and that often shows. His passion is music, through and through.
Corey recently started playing music as well, under the moniker Galactic Vacationer. The music is sometimes dark, ambient noise rock with bits of electronica. The music is inspired by outer space, time travel and intergalatic journeys.

Dan Climie is our "West Michigan Division" leader, of sorts. Dan and his friends started a Michigan community action organization that functions through a quarterly printed publication of art, literature, and action news, called The Litribune, back in December of 2008.
The Litribune also organizes community events, which include live music performances. DITR Promotions joined up with the Litribune in late 2009, both to bring you Midwest Fest 2010 in Grand Rapids this year, but also to expand the reach of DITR Promotions into west Michigan with concerts in both Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.
The Litribune is a beneficiary of Midwest Fest this year, in an attempt to help them raise money to open a Creative Youth Center by the end of the year, which will offer students ages 6 to 18 with creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.

Patrick Sheufelt is the newest member of the DITR Promotions team. He will handle our current effort to become even more multi-genred with our shows. Using a strong DIY ethic, Pat and his band Day In Day Out have independently put together a number of successful concerts, all around Michigan.
Pat is also a driving force behind shows at the Mount Pleasant, MI based house venue "The Garage", located just off the campus of Central Michigan University. The Garage has hosted national DIY punk/hardcore bands as well as regional acts of all kinds.
Pat brings us a fresh new outlook on how to get the word out to as many people as possible. We're going to be trying some new initiatives in the future in an attempt to co-exist with outside businesses in the areas we promote concerts, which was spearheaded by Pat with a great idea to have local taxi companies work together with us to get people to and from shows safely.

The program changed names to be called "Under The Radar" and that continues on presently with Collins and another host. Allie gradauated from Central Michigan University in December of 2009.
