Good Weather for Airstrikes, an up and coming indie-rock four-piece out of Howell, MI, is garnering more and more attention from Michigan music fans thanks to their thought out, emotional songs that seem like journeys of harmony and resonance. Good Weather for Airstrikes does their best to give listeners a break from the mundane, and draw heavily on many varying genres and artists.
The band's sound has drawn many comparisons from music-fans across Michigan, ranging from Death Cab for Cutie to Explosions in the Sky. The first thing many listeners notice is the phenomenal musicianship of talented instrumentalists Joe Hillier (guitar), Josh Fenn (bass), and Bill Grant (drums). And once the raw, heartfelt lyrics of frontman James Radick are brought into the mix, fans find themselves hooked.
